The E-mail Coaching service is for those parents that are almost there but need an extra help and advice on how to master their techniques to sleep their baby.
While the plan is in place usually 2 weeks I will guide you step by step in each scenario you may encounter, we will focus on the routine and plan. It is important to keep communication between us and finalise two weeks at least.
